Couples & Relationship Therapy

A Safe, Neutral Space to Navigate Your Relationship

All relationships go through seasons of friction, distance, and difficulty. When two people share their lives, differences in needs, communication styles, and past experiences inevitably arise. Usually, couples find themselves in one of three places:

  1. Working through it: Finding constructive ways to grow together.

  2. Reaching an end: Recognising that ending the relationship is the healthiest path forward.

  3. Feeling stuck: Caught in repetitive cycles —neither wanting to leave nor knowing how to move forward without constant unhappiness.

Relationship therapy provides a supportive, evidence-based, and neutral space to help you step out of reactive patterns, build self-awareness, and explore new ways of connecting.

Communication

Pattern Disruption

Authentic Connection

Finding a grounded way to be yourself in the relationship while honoring your partner's individuality.

How we work together...

In couples therapy, I take a neutral, non-judgmental stance. I am not here to act as a judge, decide who is right or wrong, or assign blame. Instead, I collaborate with both of you to understand how each person experiences the difficulty and what you both hope to create. I draw upon pluralistic, evidence-based frameworks, tailored to your relational needs.
