My Story
After two decades in the world of Big Tech, including 12 years at Google leading a Customer Insights team, I took a leap of faith. I left the safe and secure world of technology to embrace a psychotherapy degree.
I was overwhelmed, exhausted and burnt out from juggling motherhood and the pace of corporate life. On paper, I had 'made it'. Yet one big life question kept haunting me - is this really as good as it gets?

Life became a lot sweeter since I started listening to the whispers within. The Grace Tree is a natural evolution of this journey.

As part of my MSc in Pluralistic Psychotherapy, my research has focused on burnout in working mothers, exploring how systemic pressures, identity, and resilience intersect. This academic insight, combined with my years navigating the high-performance culture of Big Tech, has given me a rare perspective.

It’s this blend of corporate leadership, therapeutic expertise and lived experience that I bring to the Grace Tree.

Why The Grace Tree?

The name The Grace Tree reflects what true leadership and true growth requires: strong roots and the courage to rise.
The tree symbolises growth, stability and expansion. Like a tree, we thrive when they we deeply grounded in our values, resilient under pressure and free to grow toward our full potential. Grace represents compassion, wisdom and the ability to lead with authenticity.
Together, they capture the heart of my work: creating space for people and organisations to root deeply, rise with intention and grow with purpose. And of course, this doesn’t deny the grit it takes along the way - how growth can bend us, twist us and sometimes even break us open. But it’s often in those moments that we discover our true strength and shape.
